PARENTS

The Honors Program understands that you are interested in helping your son or daughter to make sound choices which surely will affect the rest of their lives, such as about which school to attend and which major to pursue, and perhaps whether to join the Honors Program.  It is vital that he or she makes informed decisions.

The Honors Programs encourages you to take an active interest in your child's education and to be a guide.  We also hope that you will grant them room to explore their options within the University and campus community, and so to grow in new directions.  Sometimes it takes time and we all have to be patient!  We are happy to answer any questions you might have about the Honors Program and to consult with you as confidentiality regulations allow.
