Student Ambassadors

We're looking for students with commitment and passion for the Honors Program. Are you one?

Who are the Honors Student Ambassadors?

The Honors Student Ambassadors represent the Honors Program to the University and community, and especially to prospective Honors students. They provide a student's perspective and generally promote college life, the University of Hawaii at Manoa, and, of course, the Honors Program! They may accompany the Director on trips to local high schools during recruitment events; they may host prospective students on visits to our campus; they usually participate in new student orientation; they may be asked to answer inquiries made by email; and they may be asked to represent the Honors Program at special events.

In addition, student representatives on university committees are typically drawn from the ranks of the Honors Student Ambassadors, and they may represent the Honors Program to legislators at the State Capitol.
